Matthew Bellocchio

 

Matthew M. Bellocchio is a native of Brooklyn, NY, where he received a B.A. in Psychology from St. Francis College, studied architecture at Pratt Institute, and began his organ studies. He commenced his organbuilding career in 1969, and has worked for several firms in New England and the Pacific Northwest. Currently on the staff of the Andover Organ Company in Methuen, MA, he also lectures widely on the subject of organ case design within the context of historical architecture. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Organbuilders and chairs its Education Committee. He is also active in the Organ Historical Society and the International Society of Organbuilders.
